Concept art by Kevin and Jody shows many of the bears in new costumes. Henry is in a white jacket and stetson. Trixie is in a pink and white getup with a microphone. Romeo McGrowl rocks a blue suit and yellow necktie. Teddy Barra has a sparkly blue boa and pink hat. Many of the bears wear blue bandannas.

Disney shared a look at the new Country Bear Musical Jamboree sign. Shaped similarly to the old sign, it still features the tagline, “A Wild & Wooly Good Time.”

Two characters in bear costumes with red and yellow fur, respectively, stand in front of a red curtain, holding hands and smiling. The red bear, from the Country Bears, wears a vest and white hat, while the yellow bear sports a purple scarf.

Big Al and Wendell appeared at Monday’s media event in their updated costumes. Disney also announced the show’s July 17 opening date.

The new show replaces the Country Bear Jamboree with the bears now performing Disney songs. The Country Bear Musical Jamboree was announced at Destination D23 in 2023. The Country Bear Jamboree closed (with technical issues) in January 2024.

The Country Bear Musical Jamboree setlist includes “A Whole New World” from “Aladdin,” “Try Everything” from “Zootopia,” and “Bear Necessities” from “The Jungle Book.” The second episode of “We Call It Imagineering” included footage of Emily Ann Roberts recording “Try Everything” as the voice of Trixie. Allison Russell and Christopher Scott Thile recorded “A Whole New World” as Wendell and Teddi Barra.
