Little Green Men Store Command at Disneyland is back open as the refurbishment of Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters continues, with new scrim across the facade.
Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters Refurbishment

The ride and store closed in mid April. Now guests can walk through a gap in construction walls to reach the store.

Above the walls, purple scrim cover scaffolding surrounding the show building. The Space Mountain mural above the store is still intact and visible.

The ride’s sign and entryway are now completely blocked from view. There is some gray scrim over a shorter section of scaffolding where the entrance archway is located.

Behind the archway is shiny new black paneling on the building. The old paneling featured an extension of the Space Mountain mural. The art may be restored later.

Disney has not announced a reopening date for Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters. The ride’s webpage lists it as closed through at least July 14.
Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin at Walt Disney World reopened this spring after a major refurbishment. We don’t expect the Disneyland refurbishment to be as intensive an update.
