During a media event on Monday, Chairperson of Walt Disney Parks and Resorts Josh D’Amaro teased Walt Disney World projects that will be announced during D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event in August.

D’Amaro said fans can expect Walt Disney World announcements about more than just Magic Kingdom and Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Those parks were specifically mentioned because of the “Beyond Big Thunder” expansion planned for the former and the Tropical Americas area replacing DinoLand U.S.A. at the latter.
