Tiana’s Bayou Adventure at Magic Kingdom pays homage to Splash Mountain, which it replaced, with props in the new attraction’s queue.

Splash Mountain Tribute

A wooden desk with an old typewriter, lamp, and various decorative items. Surrounding the desk are wooden railings, shelves with photos, and a colorful stained glass window is partially visible.

The tribute is on a shelf above Tiana’s desk inside the queue’s barn. The shelf includes pictures of Tiana with Naveen and her parents, but the props in between are references to the former attraction.

Wooden shelf with decorative items: a painted plate with a flower, cat and rabbit figurines, a vase with flowers, a framed photo, a miniature boat, and a detailed wooden box.

On one side of a green flower pot are small bear, fox, and rabbit statues — references to Br’er Bear, Br’er Fox, and Br’er Rabbit, the main characters of Splash Mountain. On the other side of the pot is a frog, referencing Br’er Frog, who narrated Splash Mountain. Next to the frog is a riverboat figure resembling the boat from the end of Splash Mountain.

A wooden shelf holds two framed photographs, a painting of a lotus flower, a potted plant, and various small decorative items, set against a wooden lattice wall. A lamp is positioned below the shelf.

The frog and riverboat sit on a music box reading “The Sweetest Story Ever Told,” a Bing Crosby song. Another riverboat figure is next to the picture of Tiana and Naveen, in front of a plate painted with lilypads and white flowers.
