Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park is temporarily closed as of 11:25 a.m. on Tuesday, June 11, 2024.

Other outdoor offerings at Walt Disney World, including Disney’s Fantasia Gardens Miniature Golf, Disney’s Winter Summerland Miniature Golf, and most outdoor attractions, will also be closed due to inclement weather.

A thunderstorm is currently rolling through Orlando and is expected to continue into the evening. According to Weather.com, thunderstorms are predicted for the next several days, so attraction closures will likely continue through the weekend.

The water park and other offerings will reopen when safe.
