Country Bear Musical Jamboree Poster
A new Country Bear Musical Jamboree poster has been installed in Magic Kingdom. The show’s new name appears in white and red against a gold marquee at the top of the poster. Beneath it, there are six oval frames depicting characters from the show.
In the center, the largest oval features Henry in his new white cowboy hat and matching coat. Big Al peeks out from behind his shoulder. At the bottom of the frame, Sammy the Raccoon wears a white cowboy hat and blue bandana.
To the right of the center oval is Teddi Barra in her new pink cowboy hat. Moving in a clockwise fashion, the remaining frames depict Wendell smiling up at Teddi, Bunny, Bubbles, and Beulah singing together, Romeo McGrowl rocking his brand new look, and Trixie in her new pink and blue outfit.
Beneath the performers, a yellow banner stretches from one end of the poster to the other, declaring “New Acts,” “Continuous Shows Daily,” and “Now Playing.”
The new poster is much more modern than the previous one. The old poster was rustic, with one single wooden frame circling some of the cast of instrument-playing bears. At the top of the poster, there was a small side profile headshot of Henry. Above him, “Country Bear Jamboree” appeared in red.
The bottom of the frame claimed the musical was “The Wildest Show in the Wilderness.”
The Country Bear Musical Jamboree opens at Magic Kingdom today. The full setlist for the reimagining has been announced and released on music streaming services. A new t-shirt honoring the show is also available at Magic Kingdom.
