Outshine Frozen Fruit Bars Replacing Edy’s
Rumors indicate that frozen snack offerings around Walt Disney World will be changing soon, as we have learned that Edy’s frozen fruit bars will be replaced by similar products made by Outshine. Edy’s frozen fruit bars have been a staple at Walt Disney World for over 15 years.
Edy’s owns Outshine, but we are hearing the new fruit bar offerings will be different from what is currently available at Walt Disney World. On the Outshine website, the company states the following:
We’re still the same company as Dreyer’s and Edy’s, but we decided to let the Outshine® brand live on its own. By choosing Outshine® as our name, we honor people like you who love our products and strive to ‘shine brighter’ in every aspect of their lives.
The company goes on to say that many of their products are GMO-free and some are plant-based. We do not yet know if any of these plant-based options will be available at Walt Disney World.
