As of the time of writing, notice was added to the Park Hours & Info sections on both My Disney Experience.

A screenshot shows Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park closed for capacity, while Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park remains shuttered.

As shown in the screenshot above, guests looking to view the operating hours for today at Typhoon Lagoon are greeted with “Currently unavailable due to park capacity.”

With the weather in Central Florida hitting the 90s after a few days of rain following Hurricane Debby, it’s no surprise guests are looking to spend the day at the water parks to beat the heat. Typhoon Lagoon was also closed on August 5 due to the hurricane.

It is unknown if the park will welcome new guests again today, or if capacity has been reached for the rest of the day. According to the Walt Disney World Resort website, the water park is open until 8 p.m. this evening.
