DVC Island Tower at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort Points Bookings Open This November

Disney Vacation Club has released its points chart for the new DVC Island Tower at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort. It will begin selling points on October 1, 2024 with bookings available the following month.

According to DVC News, sales of DVC Island Tower points will kick off on October 1 for current members, before the tower opens to guests on December 17, 2024. The base price will be $225 per point, with promotional discounts expected but not yet announced. This pricing is consistent with other Walt Disney World DVC resorts, including Disney’s Riviera Resort.

Looking at the points chart, stays range from 12-53 points per night for a studio accommodation, and 28-226 points per night for a villa stay.

Reservations with points for the new tower will open on October 15 for current and add-on Disney Vacation Club members at Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows. Per DVC News, owners of points in the original longhouse rooms and bungalows share 11-month booking rights for the tower.

Sales will open to the public starting October 29, 2024. Bookings for new member stays using points will open on November 5. On November 19, all members will be available to book using points.

The 10-story DVC Island Tower at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort overlooks the Seven Seas Lagoon and is within walking distance of the Monorail. Accommodations include duo studios, deluxe studios, One-Bedroom and Two-Bedroom Villas, and Two-Bedroom Penthouse Villas.
