Monstruos 2: Nightmares of Latin America Haunted House

People gather outside a dimly lit, eerie-looking building with a gothic facade and skeletal decorations. Nearby, a tree without leaves adds to the haunted ambiance.

Resist the infernal rider El Charro or he’ll take your soul. Don’t turn your back on the devil dog El Cadejo or you’ll be lost forever. And you’d better behave or the boogeyman El Cucuy will get you.

We found out if we could face these Latin American nightmares in the new Monstruos 2: Nightmares of Latin America haunted house at Universal Studios Hollywood. The haunted house is one of eight available for Halloween Horror Nights 2024. Guests can experience the house during the event which runs on select nights from now until November 3.

A demonic goat head with glowing eyes and an eerie expression is seen through a window in a dimly lit setting. A person stands nearby facing away from the creature.

Guests can also experience Latin American monsters at Halloween Horror Nights 33 at Universal Studios Florida. We reviewed our encounter with the legends of Tlahuelpuchi, La Lechuza, and El Silbón during our trip through the East Coast version of this haunted house.

A person stands before an eerie portrait of a hooded figure with glowing red eyes in a dimly lit room; candles and vines are visible surrounding the frame.

A review of the Universal Studios Hollywood version of this haunted house will be available in the coming days.
