The theme song for the new Tokyo Disneyland nighttime spectacular, “Reach for the Stars,” is now available on music streaming platforms.
‘Reach for the Stars’ Now Streaming
The latest Disney Parks original song is now available to stream on both Spotify and Apple Music. This release features just one track, the “Reach for the Stars” theme.
Unlike other Disney Parks music releases on streaming, the performing artists for “Reach for the Stars” are not listed on the track. Rather, the song is attributed to Tokyo Disneyland.
The new nighttime show, which premiered earlier this week, features projections on Cinderella Castle, lights, pyrotechnics, and characters in flight — including the first-ever appearance of Marvel characters in Tokyo Disney Resort entertainment.
The nighttime spectacular itself runs about 20 minutes in length, but the theme song comes in at just 3 minutes and 16 seconds. Other recent releases of Disney songs on streaming services include the soundtracks for Country Bear Musical Jamboree, Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, and Journey of Water Inspired by “Moana;” “Disney Dreams That Soar;” and the “Journey to Fantasy Springs” theme song from Tokyo DisneySea.
Merchandise for the new show was also recently released.
“Reach for the Stars” performs nightly at Tokyo Disneyland at 6:15 p.m. and 8:40 p.m., but be sure to check the Tokyo Disney Resort website for the latest schedule updates.
