Po’s Kung Fu Bao is on the menu at DreamWorks Imagination Cafe. It includes two steamed buns, one filled with char siu pork and the other filled with chicken teriyaki.

We didn’t expect Universal to serve us buns as good as these. They’re black and white, inspired by Po’s panda color scheme. The white one is the char siu pork and the black one is the chicken teriyaki.

The black bun was nicely seasoned. It tasted like chicken stir fry with an authentic flavor. But we would love a bit more filling.

A blue box with white cloud patterns contains two New Pork and Chicken Bao Buns, one white and one black, placed on a speckled countertop. Perfect for enjoying after a day at Universal Studios Florida or exploring DreamWorks Land.

The white one is like Hawai’ian manapua. It tastes like real American Chinese char siu pork. If you close your eyes while eating, you’ll feel like you’re at a Chinese restaurant.

We’re impressed. We didn’t expect such quality Asian snack food from Universal. In fact, the only reason we aren’t giving this 7/7 is because of the price. It should be $7 instead of $14.
