The Texas Chainsaw Massacre turned 50 in 2024, and to celebrate the film’s anniversary, Universal Studios Hollywood has a new haunted house called The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Legacy of Leatherface. We filmed a full-house POV video, which you can watch below.

Leatherface and his cannibalistic kin will lure you into their gore-filled slaughterhouse. Fall victim to a gruesome original story never seen on screen in honor of the 1974 movie’s 50th anniversary.
Have you ever wanted to get a look inside the Slaughter House mentioned but never shown in “The Texas Chainsaw Massacre?” Well, now you can! Universal Studios Hollywood has brought the location to life for an all-new haunted house featuring Leatherface and members of the Sawyer Family.
This is the first house based on “The Texas Chainsaw Massacre” since 2021. The most recent haunted house was based on the story of the 1974 film, but this year’s story is completely original, and it features every Leatherface in the franchise.
This year’s house is also only available at Universal Studios Hollywood, whereas the last house was available in California and at Universal Studios Florida.
