Universal Studios Japan’s version of Halloween Horror Nights scare zones is Street Zombies, featuring the undead creatures wandering select areas of the park at night. Guests can also dance along with the zombies to music by Ado during “Zombie de Dance.”
Street Zombies & Zombie de Dance
Through October 13, Street Zombies will run from 6 p.m. to park closing. Beginning on October 14, the experience will start at 7 p.m. each evening.
The different areas are Psycho Circus, Chainsaw Chain-Gang, Tortured Test-Subjects, Execution Enclave, Decadent Nightmares, Posessed Playthings, and Infernal Sanctum. The map below shows their locations throughout Universal Studios Japan.
New this year is the Blue Rose Squad, a security force led by Captain Ado — a Japanese singer who frequently collaborates with Universal Studios Japan.
The officers protect the guests and fight off the zombies.
The Blue Rose Squad and zombies also appear during the updated “Zombie de Dance.” Ado’s song “Show” is featured during the performances, which take place in the same areas as Street Zombies.
