BREAKING: Breakfast Returning to Satu’li Canteen in Disney’s Animal Kingdom with Updated Menu

Breakfast will return to Satu’li Canteen in Pandora – The World of Avatar at Disney’s Animal Kingdom with a new menu.

Satu’li Canteen Breakfast

Satu’li Canteen served breakfast daily when Pandora – The World of Avatar opened in May 2017. Within a few months, breakfast was discontinued. It’s now returning full-time with new and updated dishes.

A bowl of yogurt topped with granola, sliced kiwi, strawberries, pineapple chunks, and a dollop of blueberry jam. Coming to Satu'li Canteen.

One of the new breakfast items is the Tropical Pandoran Forest Fruits with fresh yogurt, muesli, and honey.

A dessert on a plate featuring two slices of French toast, a scoop of purple ice cream, two caramelized bananas, and a drizzle of cream sauce.

A returning item is the Cinnamon French Toast with blueberry cream cheese, passion fruit anglaise, and sausage. Read our original review.

A grilled sausage is served over shredded meat, diced vegetables, and a green sauce in a white bowl.

Returning with an updated description is the Slow-roasted Pork Shoulder Potato Hash with chorizo sausage and charred onion sauce.

A plate with sliced beef topped with herbs, a side of mixed greens, and a round vegetable soufflé topped with a dollop of cream.

Another returning dish is the Vegetable-Goat Cheese Frittata with wood-fired beef tossed in chimichurri.

These breakfast items will be available beginning on Friday, November 1. Currently, Satu’li Canteen opens at 10 a.m. every day, but it will presumably open earlier for breakfast. Animal Kingdom usually opens at 8 a.m.
