Osceola County, which includes parts of Walt Disney World, has announced a countywide curfew beginning at 8 p.m. on Wednesday due to Hurricane Milton.
Walt Disney World Curfew
The curfew is in effect through at least 10 a.m. on Thursday. Walt Disney World Resort is in both Osceola and Orange counties. Guests staying at resort hotels within Osceola will not be allowed to leave their rooms during the curfew. These include Disney’s All-Star Resorts.
Celebration, St. Cloud, and Kissimmee residents are also included in the curfew. Police, fire, emergency services, and those driving to/from work are exempt.
Walt Disney World theme parks are closing early on Wednesday and are expected to remain closed through Thursday. Disney canceled Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party on Thursday. Cast Members have been preparing the parks for the storm.
