New Bayou Country Sign Revealed at Disneyland

Disney Parks has shared pictures of new signs in Bayou Country at Disneyland, including the land’s main sign featuring various critters.

Bayou Country Signs

Bayou Country is the new name of Critter Country, so dubbed because Tiana’s Bayou Adventure is set in the bayous of Louisiana. The new sign hasn’t changed much from the Critter Country sign, although Spanish moss with glowing fireflies now hangs across the top. The same carved animals are depicted holding up the sign, with the addition of a blue stork on top.

The land update also includes the opening of Hungry Bear Barbecue Jamboree, a Country Bear reimagining of Hungry Bear Restaurant, and Ray’s Berets, the Tiana’s Bayou Adventure gift shop replacing The Briar Patch.

  1. Still don’t get why they made this change…Critter Country is inclusive of everything in the land, including Pooh and Tiana. Bayou only works for Tiana…
