Walt Disney World announced more details about their 2024 holiday celebrations.

2024 Holidays at Walt Disney World Resort

EPCOT

A person in a green robe and white beard stands with children around a decorated Christmas tree outdoors, celebrating the 2024 holiday season.

As previously announced, the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays presented by AdventHealth will run from November 29 through December 30, featuring holiday storytellers, Holiday Kitchens, “JOYFUL! A Celebration of the Season,” and the Candlelight Processional.

A choir in festive green robes with red accents performs on tiered risers at Epcot’s Candlelight Processional, while a conductor stands in front of the group.

The Candlelight Processional tells the story of Christmas at the America Gardens Theatre with a celebrity narrator, mass choir, 50-piece orchestra, herald trumpets, and the Voices of Liberty. This year’s narrators include newcomers Nico Santos, Ralph Macchio, and Titus Burgess. Check out the full celebrity narrators lineup.

Living with the Land – Glimmering Greenhouses returns, too. This special holiday overlay features decorations and information about foods produced in the greenhouses for holiday celebrations.

Stay tuned for more details of the 2024 EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays.

Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park

A group of people enjoy a festive 2024 holiday gathering, interacting with performers in an elephant costume in an outdoor park, with a large tree providing the perfect backdrop.

The beloved Merry Menagerie puppeteers will visit Discovery Island starting on November 12. Special holiday merchandise will include a Merry Menagerie collection.

A new Santa Claus meet and greet will debut at Restaurantosaurus in DinoLand U.S.A. Santa is the guest of honor at the 75th Annual Dino Institute Holiday Party on the patio. He’ll be meeting from November 12 to December 24 — and this will likely be the only year to experience this particular themed meet and greet as DinoLand is soon going extinct.

Two costumed characters dressed in festive outfits stand in front of a building decorated with colorful garlands, celebrating the 2024 holiday season.

Mickey and Minnie will meet in their holiday attire at Adventurers Outpost.

Tree of Life Awakening illuminates the park’s icon after night falls. This projection show features animal spirits coming to life on the tree.

Disney’s Hollywood Studios

WDW DHS 2022 Sunset Seasons Greetings 2

Disney’s Hollywood Studios transforms for the holidays on November 12. Disney previously teased new entertainment offerings, including the Holiday Spirit Band, which will perform in various spots.

Woody, Buzz, and Jessie will don their holiday accessories for meet and greets in Toy Story Land, which will also be decorated for the season.

The special festive finale returns to “For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration,” featuring Olaf joining the gang for a holiday song.

“Sunset Seasons Greets” returns to the Hollywood Tower Hotel facade when night falls. The projection show turns the icon into a Muppets gingerbread confection, a “Toy Story” toy hotel, a snowy corner of Arendelle, and a Dickensian village from “Mickey’s Christmas Carol.”

Magic Kingdom Park

Characters in winter costumes perform on stage with festive decorations and artificial snow, as part of the Frozen Holiday Surprise at Walt Disney World.

Magic Kingdom will be decked out with festive decorations on Main Street, U.S.A.; the smell of baked goods; and special holiday MagicBand+ interactions at the Fab 50 Character statues.

Olaf, Anna, Elsa, and Kristoff return for “Frozen Holiday Surprise!” The castle show debuted last year and sees the Arendelle characters transform Cinderella Castle into a crystalized palace. Guests wearing MagicBand+ will experience extra magic moments during the show with dancing lights and haptic vibrations.

Jingle Cruise will also be back starting on November 2.

Disney Springs

At Disney Springs, guests can enjoy the Disney Springs Christmas Tree Stroll presented by AdventHealth featuring trees inspired by Walt Disney Studios, Disney Animation, Pixar, “Star Wars,” and Marvel. Some of this year’s displays are inspired by “Mufasa: The Lion King,” “The Nightmare Before Christmas,” “Coco,” and “Lilo and Stitch.” MagicBand+ will also interact with the Christmas Tree Stroll.

Disney Springs gets extra magical with nightly snowfall and joyful entertainment.

World of Disney and Disney’s Days of Christmas offer this year’s holiday merchandise collections.

Seasonal food and drinks will be offered at Jock Lindsey’s Holiday Bar, a transformed version of the Hangar Bar.
