Disney’s Contemporary Resort is decorated for the holidays with its outdoor Christmas tree, garlands, wreaths, and more.
Contemporary Resort Christmas Decorations
Guests arriving at the resort are immediately greeted by a wreath on the window of the parking toll booth.
The resort’s Christmas tree is in the plaza outside the main entrance. One of Disney’s tallest trees, it far surpasses the height of the flag poles behind it. A large silver star is on top of the tree.
It’s decorated with large silver, blue, red, white, and orange baubles. At night, guests will see the baubles light up along with string lights.
Garland hangs from the front of the porte-cochère. It features golden bows and ornaments of various shapes and sizes.
In the lobby are more wreaths, garlands, and decorations. They all light up with bright string lights.
The wreaths are half covered in blue, white, and red flowers; blue and silver ribbon; and shiny baubles. Matching decorations hang on the columns between check-in desks.
Garlands above the desks also feature ribbons, flowers, and baubles.
Christmas trees much smaller than the one outside stand by the front and back entrance doors. These trees are packed with decorations, including ornaments and flowers. They sit in blue and gold boxes. One tree has a tall silver spire topper.
A similar spire is tucked into the tree with blue and green lights shining through it. There are snowflake-like decorations and large golden leaves.
