Disney Cruise Line Now Selling Christmas Popcorn Buckets, Stateroom Decorations, and More on Very Merrytime Cruises

The holidays are coming to the seas as Disney Cruise Line announces the arrival of two Christmas popcorn buckets and a sipper previously only available at the Disney parks, as well as stateroom decorations and festive in-room snack packages for the 2024 Very Merrytime sailings.

The announcement was made via the Disney Cruise Line official Instagram account.

A toy figure of a mouse in holiday attire stands beside a gingerbread-themed popcorn box reminiscent of the festive Christmas Popcorn Buckets found on Disney Cruise Line's Very Merrytime Cruises, along with a red apple-shaped container.

The first bucket is a gingerbread house featuring gingerbread Mickey and Minnie. The roof opens to reveal space for popcorn, and “Happy Holidays” is written under the lid.

The second is the Mickey Elf Bucket, featuring Mickey Mouse in his classic style dressed in a green elf outfit and holding a red present.

The sipper is a red glitter Mickey-shaped jingle bell with a strap to wear the sipper around your neck. The straw can be adjusted to close or open.

A neatly decorated bedroom boasts a holiday-themed bedspread, pillows, and hanging decorations featuring cartoon characters. Inspired by a Disney Cruise Line experience, the room blends nautical elements with an air of festive cheer as seen in Very Merrytime Cruises and striped curtains.

Christmas-themed Stateroom decorations can now be ordered on qualifying trips via the Onboard Gifts section on the Disney Cruise Line website. The decorations include a blanket with various Christmas postage stamps, a red Mickey pillow with Stitch bursting out of a present box, Captain Mickey and Captain Minnie “fish extenders,” which are put outside the stateroom for guests to exchange gifts and treats, a Stitch stocking, and a Captain Mickey plush.

A festive box featuring Christmas-themed cookies, like a gingerbread man, a gift, and a tree, is placed on a beige surface. Perfect for enjoying during Disney Cruise Line's Very Merrytime Cruises.

Guests can also purchase festive snack packages from Onboard Gifts. While the price for this is not confirmed, the standard “Bon Voyage Sweets” package is $29. This one features a festive silver box with multicolored trees and is stuffed with multiple Rice Krispy Treats dipped in chocolate shaped like a Christmas Tree, a present, a gingerbread man, and more.
