Disneyland Resort has announced that a 70th anniversary theme song for the event will debut, as well as two new projection shows.

Created in honor of the milestone event, the new 70th anniversary theme song will be titled “Celebrate Happy.” Guests will hear the song throughout various entertainment offerings during the anniversary.
Walt Disney World also had a special theme song created for its 50th anniversary in 2021.
Among these offerings will be two evening projection shows at both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure.
In the evenings at Disney California Adventure, the exterior of Carthay Circle Restaurant will “celebrate happy” with a special moment featuring music, lights, and projection effects. At Disneyland, the facade of “it’s a small world” will also get a new projection show.
No further details on either offering were shared. The 70th anniversary celebration of Disneyland Resort will begin on May 16, 2025. Other offerings for the celebration include a new Walt Disney Audio-Animatronic show, a new “World of Color” nighttime spectacular, the return of Paint the Night and other entertainment, and more.
