Guest Relations Window Under Refurbishment at Disney’s Magic Kingdom

During our recent visit to Magic Kingdom, we noticed that the Guest Relations window located just outside the gates of Magic Kingdom is currently under refurbishment.

Guest Relations Window at Magic Kingdom

People stand near a closed service window at an outdoor building with a rope and "exit only" signs.

As pictured here the window on the side of the building is covered in a dark scrim and is unavailable to guests at this time.

People line up outside a guest services building with an "Exit Only" sign. A black-covered board is on the wall. A yellow device stands near the exit. Overcast sky above.

The windows on the right side of the building are still in use as you can see the line of guests waiting to be helped. The Guest Relations sign also remains visible on top of the building.

A black tarp covers a section of a building wall with signs indicating "Exit Only" and a trash can nearby. People walk outside the building.

Cast Members at these windows can help guests with various requests and questions. Guest Relations is where guests can go for lost and found or disability access questions.

The Guest Relations lobby in City Hall located just inside the entrance of Magic Kingdom is also available for guests.
