The newest Disney Cruise Line ship, Disney Treasure, officially joins the fleet on December 21. A souvenir popcorn bucket will be available for purchase onboard as well.
Disney Treasure Popcorn Bucket – $9
This brand new popcorn bucket features the Disney Treasure ship front and center along with Peter Pan and Captain Hook, the two characters featured on the stern of the ship.
Peter is shown with a paintbrush and paint can in hand decorating the ship while Hook scowls at him angrily with paint dripping from the feather of his hat. The text across the top reads “Setting Course For Adventure” with the Disney Cruise Line logo displayed at the bottom.
The body of the popcorn bucket is decorated with the various ships that comprise Disney’s lineup of ocean vessels along with the characters that are featured on each of the ship’s sterns.
The Disney Magic (launched 1997) and Disney Fantasy (launched 2012) can be seen on one side, along with Sorcerer Mickey, the Magic Brooms, Dumbo, and Donald with his nephews Huey, Dewey, and Louie.
The other side of the bucket showcases the Disney Wish (launched 2022) and the Disney Dream (launched 2011) along with Rapunzel, Goofy, and another Magic Broom.
This art is the same as the Disney Cruise Line 25th anniversary popcorn bucket, but altered and with the Treasure added. The anniversary bucket also sported a gold lid and handle.
The top of the popcorn bucket has a blue lid with a mickey in the center and a hook on the side to hang on the bucket’s handle.
The souvenir popcorn bucket can be purchased at Preludes, a snack bar located outside the Walt Disney Theatre.
The Disney Treasure’s maiden voyage will take place on December 21. The Disney Treasure has the same layout as the Disney Wish and is considered a Wish-class ship. Disney Cruise Line is planning seven more ships set to join the fleet by 2031, including the Disney Destiny and Disney Adventure. Take a look inside the all-new Disney Treasure here.
