A new Banana Orange Guava drink is now available at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, but how does it hold up to our beloved POG (passionfruit, orange, and guava)? Read our review to find out.
Not quite the famous POG drink, but instead, this is a “BOG.” The non-alcoholic version of the drink is $5.99. Guests may order the alcoholic version with a choice of rum, vodka, or tequila for $17.50. We first found the drink at Harambe Market, specifically from Chef Mwanga’s Meat Shop.
Banana Orange Guava Drink (Non-Alcoholic) – $5.99
Refreshing blend of Minute Maid Passion Fruit Orange Guava juice, guava nectar, and banana
The flavor tasted exactly like the well-known POG with almost no hint of banana at first. We noticed the banana syrup settling at the bottom of the drink, but even after mixing it up, the banana flavor was very light. The overall flavor was still very POG-heavy.

Banana Orange Guava Drink (Alcoholic) – $17.50
Refreshing blend of Minute Maid Passion Fruit Orange Guava juice, guava nectar, and banana, with choice of rum, vodka, or tequila
For the alcoholic version of the drink, guests can choose from rum, vodka, or tequila. We tried it with mixed with rum and the combination is great. It reminds us of a piña colada. The rum helps to lessen the sourness of the drink and makes it that much sweeter and flavorful. It’s not cheap, but if you want a fun POG-style drink to cool you off on a hot park day, it’s worth a try.
