According to the Walt Disney World official website, the water park is closed today and tomorrow, January 20 and 21, 2025. It is currently scheduled to reopen on Wednesday, January 22, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. However, low temperatures and rain are expected to occur in the Walt Disney World area for the rest of the week, so the two-day closure could be extended.

According to Weather.com, Monday will see a high of 56°F and a low of 44°F, with winds at 10 to 15 miles per hour. Tuesday’s forecast includes an 81% chance of rain, with a high of 57°F and a low of 40°F. The rest of this week fares somewhat similarly, with rain possible up until Friday, January 24.

This is the latest in a number of cold weather-related closures for Blizzard Beach, having most recently closed for three days last week.

Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon water park is closed for the season. Universal Volcano Bay is also closed today due to cold weather, and will remain closed through at least January 23.
