CommuniCore Hall is currently closed to prepare for the 2025 EPCOT International Festival of the Arts.

CommuniCore Hall Closed for Festival Updates

A modern building with a geometric facade features a bold sign proudly stating "CommuniCore Hall." Purple banners beneath it commemorate 30 years of Disney on Broadway, adding vibrant color to the scene. In the background, lush trees sway under a cloudy sky.

Both sides of CommuniCore Hall remain closed off for now, with purple window displays blocking views inside.

A purple sign at CommuniCore Hall reads, "Welcome to Once Upon a Stage: 30 Years of Disney on Broadway.

The displays feature a geodesic pattern alongside a large display piece that reads, “Welcome to Once Upon a Stage: 30 Years of Disney on Broadway.”

The exhibit room, nestled in CommuniCore Hall, features Aladdin costume and prop displays with several people observing. Giraffe and monkey figures add whimsy, while the lighting crafts an atmospheric scene reminiscent of Disney on Broadway magic.

During the festival, CommuniCore Hall will host Once Upon A Stage: 30 Years of Disney on Broadway. This exhibit will feature displays dedicated to Disney’s Broadway adaptations of “The Lion King” and “Aladdin.” Outside CommuniCore Hall, CommuniCore Plaza will be home to the Opening Bites Food Studio “paying homage to the foods and drinks immortalized onstage.”

The exhibit will be a notable addition to CommuniCore Hall. The flex space has mostly just housed food booths and merchandise during previous festivals. CommuniCore Hall opened last summer and provides some necessary function space but not much to look at.

The 2025 EPCOT International Festival of the Arts runs from January 17 through February 24. As usual, the Disney on Broadway Concert Series will be performed at the America Gardens Theatre. This year’s lineup includes three newcomers: Jelani Remy (Simba in “The Lion King”), Rodney Ingram (Aladdin), and John Riddle (Hans in “Frozen”). Check out Disney on Broadway Concert Series dining package details, other entertainment offerings, and a first look at some of the new artwork that will be available.
