The menu at Galactic Grill in Disneyland Park has recently seen some changes, with three dishes returning to the lunch and dinner menu after a lengthy absence.
Meat-eorite Burger – $16.49
Angus & Vegetable Patty, Spiced Bacon, Smoky Chimichurri Relish, Avocado Lime Mayo, Havarti, Pickled Red Onion and Deep-Fried Peppers on a Toasted Brioche Bun, served with choice of Cuties Mandarin Orange or French Fries
The flavors of the Meat-eorite burger are pretty tasty.
We particularly like the smoky chimichurri relish and the avocado lime mayo, which are uncommon flavors and give this burger a unique twist. The bacon on top was also nice and chewy. Overall, this is one of the better seasonal burgers at Disneyland Park and we are glad to see it return.

Galaxy Fish ‘n’ Chips – $14.99
Fried Rockfish and Malt-seasoned Steak Fries served with House-made Tartar Sauce
We did not expect this Fish ‘n’ Chips dish to be nearly as good as it was. The fish were clearly fried to order, as they arrived crunchy and moist. Plus, they provide you with an assortment of condiments so you can season the fish however you like. We would definitely get this again, they were some of the best fried fish we have found in a long time.

Galaxy Parfait – $7.29
Layers of Chocolate Cake, Raspberry Jam and Blue-colored Cheesecake topped with a Purple Glaze, Edible Silver Stars, and a Round Chocolate Shell
This parfait is definitely a dessert designed for social media pictures. The top layer has a gooey purple coating with tiny stars and planets floating inside a sea of edible glitter.
The layers of the parfait are more visible from the side. You can see the layers of blue cheesecake, mousse, and chocolate cake.
We found this parfait good, but not great. The jam offers a nice berry flavor, though it would be difficult to explicitly identify said flavor as raspberry. The chocolate cake and cheesecake both lean toward the sweet side, with not enough berry to really cut the sweetness. Our main issue was that all three layers were really soft and blended together. A little crunchy texture would have easily brought this parfait up a point.
It’s also worth noting that when we finished this dessert, our hands and spoon were coated in more edible glitter and strong food coloring. Even if you eat really carefully, it would be a challenge to consume this parfait without making a mess.
