Goldfish Mac & Cheese Cone – $13.99
Creamy mac & cheese with Goldfish served in a crunchy cone

The “crunchy cone” of each treat is a large piece of bread. The center has been cut out and filled with ingredients. It’s seasoned like an everything bagel. It’s crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Like a bread bowl, the ingredients will soak into it.
The mac and cheese in all these treats is good. This particular version is pretty boring. It’s good for kids if you’re stopping at this kiosk to get one of the other cones. If you aren’t already visiting Hooligan’s, however, there are cheaper kids’ options.

Dragon Fire Chicken Spire Mac & Cheese Cone – $15.99
Creamy mac & cheese with Nashville-style pulled chicken, hot honey, Calabrian peppers, chimichurri, and crispy onions served in a crunchy cone

This might be too spicy for some, but we liked it. The chicken is tender and flavorful. We were pleasantly surprised to find it pushed all the way down through the cone, not just on top.

PB&J (Pork, Bacon, and Jam) Mac & Cheese Cone – $15.99
Creamy mac & cheese with BBQ harissa pulled pork, peanut bacon jam, and chopped parsley served in a crunchy cone

We also loved this cone. It had a sweet and smoky BBQ flavor. It’s great if you want an interesting mac and cheese cone, but don’t like spice.

Overall
The goldfish mac and cheese cone is boring but passable for kids. The bread on all three cones is good. Both the Dragon Fire Chicken Spire and the “PB&J” cones deserve the hype they’re getting. These are nice portable treats — although they are messy.
