Mickey and Minnie will don all-new outfits that represent traditional Korean attire. Minnie is wearing a traditional women’s hanbok that is pink and white and various colors detail the sleeves. Her shoes are pink and yellow with white socks. Mickey also dons a men’s hanbok that is blue and white. His shoes are brown and black.

Guests can greet Mickey and Minnie at the gazebo in Paradise Gardens throughout the day.

Some highlights of the event include marketplace menus celebrating delicious Asian cuisine, special appearances by some beloved Disney characters, commemorative festive merchandise, and more.

The Lunar New Year celebration will also introduce three limited edition Sip and Savor Passes for guests to collect.

This year’s passes are available in three new, limited-edition collectible designs. Each one pays tribute to either Chinese, Korean, or Vietnamese cultures and features Goofy with Clarabelle Cow, Minnie and Mickey, or Daisy and Donald, all dressed in culturally inspired outfits designed by artist Ann Shen.

The pass featuring Mickey and Minnie depicts them in the same outfits they’ll be wearing for meeting guests at the park.

The Lunar New Year celebration takes place from January 17 through February 16, 2025. Stay tuned for more of our coverage from the event!
