According to a new update on the official Walt Disney World website, Sebastian’s Bistro will close on March 25, 2025 for refurbishment. The announcement notes that the restaurant is expected to reopen by the end of March, though no exact date has been announced. Since March 25 is near the end of the month, the expected closure only about a week long. Guests staying at the resort are encouraged to utilize other nearby dining options, including Centertown Market and Spyglass Grill.

Sebastian's Bistro is a bright, airy restaurant with blue and white decor, featuring a colorful mural, wooden beams, and skylights. Tables and chairs are arranged neatly on the polished wood floor, creating an inviting atmosphere.

Sebastian’s Bistro is a Latin and Caribbean-inspired restaurant open nightly for dinner at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort. Food is served family-style and brought on large platters to the table. Some of the menu highlights include citrus chicken, baked fish, cilantro rice, and coconut-pineapple bread pudding. Plant-based alternatives are also available. We previously reviewed the restaurant after it transitioned to family-style dining and highly recommended it as a great value.
