One of the interactive props replaced with a button last year has returned to Mama Luna’s Feline Fiesta in DreamWorks Land at Universal Studios Florida.
Mama Luna’s Props
The bell prop has returned to the left podium in the play area. The simple yellow button remains in the center, instead of the original maraca. A spray bottle is on the right.

The interactive prop appears the same as it did when DreamWorks Land opened last year. Guests can toggle it in different directions to activate different effects on the screens.
The bell and maraca were removed in December and replaced with the same kind of yellow buttons that are on the nearby counters. The podiums were also repainted a darker wood-style brown. Below is how the podiums and props originally looked.
The interactive Mama Luna’s Feline Fiesta play area is inspired by the retirement home for cats in “Puss in Boots 2: The Last Wish.”
It is unclear why the themed props were initially removed, but we’re glad to see at least one return.
Other areas in DreamWorks Land are inspired by “Shrek,” “Trolls,” and “Kung Fu Panda. Check out our photo tour or watch the video below:
