The Disney Sakura (cherry blossom) collection of plush and apparel is now available from the Disney Store website. The collection was first released by Disney Store Japan but has made its way to the U.S.
Disney Sakura Plush
There are cherry blossom plush versions of Baymax, Stitch, Winnie the Pooh, Piglet, and Eeyore.
Baymax Sakura Plush – $26.99
Baymax is 13 1/2 inches tall. He’s depicted with a cherry blossom appliqué on his head and another on his leg. He holds a plush ice cream cone with shimmering fabric scoops.
The plush has embroidered features, velour covering, soft fill, and glitter accents.
Stitch Sakura Plush – $22.99
The Stitch plush is 10 1/4 inches tall. Instead of blue, he’s depicted with fluffy bright pink fur and pastel accents. His floppy ears have lilac interiors.
Stitch’s eyes and eyebrows are embroidered with brown thread. He has pink felt claws. Cherry blossom appliqués are on his head and in his hands. A cherry blossom petal is on his leg.
Winnie the Pooh Sakura Plush – $22.99
The sakura version of Winnie the Pooh has pale pastel pink fur with a yellowish tint. Instead of a red shirt, he wears a pink velour shirt. Like the other plush, he has brown embroidered features.
A cherry blossom sits on his head and in his hands. More flowers and petals are on his legs. He’s 9 1/2 inches tall.
Piglet Sakura Plush – $22.99
Piglet is the smallest plush at 8 1/4 inches tall. He is fluffy pastel pink with embroidered details.
He has cherry blossom appliqués, including a cherry blossom instead of a regular tail.
Eeyore Sakura Plush – $22.99
Eeyore is 9 1/2 inches tall. He’s pastel pink with a light purple stripe of fur on his head and a purple tuft on his tail. He has flowers and petals on his head, left ear, hands, and right foot.
One cherry blossom is above his tail. As usual, he has a pink bow on his tail.
Disney Sakura Apparel
The adult apparel comes in sizes S-3XL. The adult T-shirts are all 100% cotton and soft jersey knit while the sweatshirts are 70% cotton and 30% polyester. They are all printed using eco-friendly, water-based inks, which gives the designs a vintage look.
Stitch and Angel Cherry Blossom T-Shirt for Adults – $22.99
Screen art of Stitch and Angel in a heart of cherry blossoms is on this pink T-shirt. It’s a soft jersey knit with short sleeves and a ribbed crew neck.
Angel Cherry Blossom T-Shirt for Adults – $29.99
On this tee, just Angel is pictured in front of a heart with cherry blossoms floating around her. She wears a flower crown of cherry blossoms. The shirt is light heather pink.
Mickey and Minnie Mouse Cherry Blossom T-Shirt for Adults – $29.99
This shirt is light purple. Mickey and Minnie are pictured riding a purple tandem bicycle. Pink and purple cherry blossoms are behind them.
Mickey Mouse Icon Cherry Blossom Pullover Sweatshirt for Adults – $39.99
This sweatshirt is white with floral filigree in the shape of a Mickey icon on the chest. The flowers are various shades of pink and purple with blue and green leaves. It’s soft knit fabric with long sleeves, and ribbed crew neck, cuffs, and hem. It has a fleece fabrication interior.
Winnie the Pooh and Piglet Cherry Blossom Pullover Sweatshirt for Adults – $39.99
The Winnie the Pooh sweatshirt is also soft knit with ribbed edges and a fleece fabrication interior. It’s pastel pink with screen art of Pooh and Piglet relaxing. Cherry blossoms fall over them and a bee flies above.
Chip ‘n Dale Cherry Blossom Fashion T-Shirt for Juniors – $25.99
This white tee comes in junior sizes XS-XXL. It’s 60% cotton and 40% polyester. It has a “baby tee” styling with a ribbed crew neck, enhanced stitching, short sleeves, and a cropped hem. Screen art depicts Chip and Dale with cherry blossoms.
Disney Sakura items are also available at Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resort.
