We first learned about these price increases last December. They are in effect as of February 11.

Here are the price increases, per DVC Resale Market:

Discounts for first-time buyers and current owners vary depending on the resort and the amount of points purchased.

Most of these rates are valid through April 28, 2025. Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas and Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort are offering up to $16 off for new owners and $24 off for current members through March 3, 2025.
