The Jafar parking lot has been undergoing resurfacing and repainting. In our last update, we reported that new parallel parking spots were being painted over the old ones.

On our visit to Magic Kingdom today, we noticed that the parking lot was back in use and more areas had been repainted.

The aisle numbers and section names have been repainted as seen in the photo above.

A crosswalk area has also been painted directing guests where to safely walk as they make their way towards the Transportation and Ticket Center entrance.

Directional arrows and yellow divider lines have been painted to direct the flow of traffic into and out of the parking lot. The previous directional arrows and “STOP” signs can still be seen on the asphalt.

An additional crosswalk area has been added near the area where guests typically cross to walk under the bridge to the Transportation and Ticket Center entrance.
