The latest trailer for Marvel’s “Thunderbolts*” aired during Super Bowl LIX on Sunday.
Based on a Marvel Comics series by Kurt Busiek, “Thunderbolts*” sees the MCU’s rogues assemble as a new (mostly) power-less team. Reprising their roles are Florence Pugh as Yelena Belova / Black Widow, Sebastian Stan as Bucky Barnes / The Winter Soldier, David Harbour as Alexie Shostakov / Red Guardian, Wyatt Russell as John Walker, Olga Kurylenko as Taskmaster, Hannah John-Kamen as Ghost, and Julia Louis-Dreyfus as Valentina Allegra de Fontaine. They’re joined by Lewis Pullman as Bob / Sentry.
“Thunderbolts*” is directed by Jake Schreier and produced by Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige. Louis D’Esposito, Brian Chapek, Jason Tamez, and Scarlett Johansson executive produce. The screenplay is by Eric Pearson, Lee Sung Jin, and Joanna Calo.
“Thunderbolts*” will be in theaters on May 2, 2025. Watch the new trailer below.
