The much-beloved chocolate Easter eggs that have become a staple treat at the Candy Palace in Disneyland Park will not be returning in 2025 due to budget cuts.
No Chocolate Easter Eggs at Candy Palace in 2025

For the past several years, the Candy Palace located on Main Street, USA in Disneyland Park has been the home of chocolate Easter eggs. The yummy treats are usually made inside the store at limited quantities and include flavors like peanut butter fudge or chocolate cream fudge. The eggs are usually only made on select days of the week for a short period leading up to Easter, so they are often the subject of high guest demand.

When we reviewed the Easter eggs in 2024, guests were already lined up outside the Candy Palace first thing in the morning. Both eggs were absolutely fantastic, and we stated “this fudge is better than any other theme park fudge that exists” during our full food review of all the 2024 flavors.
Despite being a beloved snack for guests, Disneyland is not bringing back the eggs for Easter 2025. The move is reportedly due to budget cuts, which have already taken away several other Disneyland staples over the past few months including entertainment Cast Members.

Disneyland Resort has already announced their full list of special Easter-themed food items and experiences, which sadly does not include the chocolate Easter eggs this year.
