The new Tropical Americas Land logo and concept art have been added to the construction walls in DinoLand U.S.A. at Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
Tropical Americas Land

The green construction walls now showcase the Tropical Americas logo along with the concept art of the new land.

The logo reads “Tropical Americas” in a script font on a pink background with a blue and white tile design around the border.

New PPG Paints signs have been posted on the walls as well. One reads “Got your party pants on?” with an image of a candle and a parrot. Another reads “Of course they can come!” with an image of a toucan and a capybara. The signs allude to the attraction that will be themed to the film “Encanto.”

Another sign on the wall reads “Snakes. Why’d it have to be snakes?” with an image of a hat and a snake. The sign alludes to the Indiana Jones attraction that will be added to the Tropical Americas land.

There is also a themed directional sign in place. An arrow points to the right directing guests to DINOSAUR, the Dino Institute shop, and Restaurantosaurus. The arrow pointing left directs guests towards Asia, Finding Nemo: The Big Blue… and Beyond!, and restrooms.

The concept art shows the new land featuring the fictional village of Pueblo Esperanza. In the upper left corner of the concept art is Casita from “Encanto.” In the attraction, guests will journey through the house in vehicles inspired by furniture that has been brought to life.
An Indiana Jones ride will take the place of DINOSAUR. The attraction will feature a new story taking place in an ancient Mayan temple as depicted in the top right corner of the concept art. There will also be a carousel in the land comprised of various Disney creatures.

Work continues to progress in DinoLand U.S.A. as the area that was previously home to Chester & Hester’s Dino-Rama, including the iconic Cementosaurus, is now nothing but dirt.

There’s also a large pile of rocks and rubble near the building that housed Chester & Hester’s Dinosaur Treasures shop as crews continue to tear up the concrete.
The remainder of DinoLand U.S.A. will close in 2026 with Tropical Americas opening in 2027.
