Last month we reported that walls had gone up on the exterior of Spaceship Earth near the area where the new lounge is set to be located. The walls were on the side of Spaceship Earth that face the Connections Cafe and blocked one of the entrances to Project Tomorrow.

The walls have now been removed revealing the pink and blue facade with the Project Tomorrow sign.

One of the windows in the lounge area is covered with black scrim.

Recently Disney filed a permit for signage at Spaceship Earth which is likely for the new lounge.

The new Spaceship Earth lounge is scheduled to open in late spring of 2025. The lounge takes over the space occupied by the former private Siemens corporate lounge and will overlook World Celebration. The interior design features geometric shapes inspired by Spaceship Earth and Disney has described it as a “zen space for families to gather and enjoy refreshments.”
