A recent update to the My Disney Experience app has added an additional performance time for the Disney Adventure Friends Cavalcade, which will now be performing two times daily in Magic Kingdom.
Disney Adventure Friends Cavalcade
The Disney Adventure Friends Cavalcade is a short, parade-style event in Magic Kingdom, running along the usual parade route from Frontierland to Main Street U.S.A. Since the beginning of 2025, the cavalcade has only performed once every day at 5:10 p.m.
According to a new calendar update, the cavalcade will be performed twice daily. The first time is still at 5:10 p.m., but the cavalcade will now run again at 6:25 p.m. The schedule change is now reflected on both the Walt Disney World website and the My Disney Experience App. This second performance time is expected to last until at least April 5, 2025, as this is the last day on the calendar with any times for the cavalcade currently listed.
This change in the cavalcade schedule is relatively common in Magic Kingdom. In early 2024, the Adventure Friends Cavalcade also briefly swapped from one performance time per day to two, and later back down to one. The change is most often due to expected crowd levels and demand in Magic Kingdom.
The Disney Adventure Friends Cavalcade has run in Magic Kingdom since it was first introduced in February 2022. The cavalcade includes appearances by nearly 30 different Disney and Pixar characters, including Pocahontas, Raya, Mulan, Mary Poppins, and many more. The cavalcade has not changed drastically over the years, apart from interchanging a few of the included characters. Raya was added in November of 2022, while both Mirabel and Bruno were added in September 2023.
