In a recent update to the Disney Water Parks Instagram account, Disney has announced the return of the H2O Glow After Hours ticketed event.
H2O Glow After Hours Returns
According to the post by @disneywaterparks, H2O Glow After Hours event will be returning to Typhoon Lagoon Water park for 2025. The post only mentions that the event will be available “select nights this summer” but no exact dates have been revealed yet.
H2O Glow After Hours is a special ticketed event where guests can enjoy Typhoon Lagoon after its usual closing time, including select attractions with shorter wait times and special neon lighting. Guests will be able to interact with characters and enjoy a DJ dance party. The event also usually includes complimentary ice cream, popcorn, and select beverages.
The Walt Disney World official website has also been updated for the returning event. The page for H2O Glow After Hours has now been updated to say 2025 and has more information about the event offerings, but no prices or dates are listed yet.
H2O Glow has returned for the past several years during the summer months, with events usually beginning shortly after Typhoon Lagoon reopens and Blizzard Beach closes in May. Disney recently announced the reopening of Typhoon Lagoon on May 1. Meanwhile, Blizzard Beach will close on the same date after concluding its 30th anniversary celebrations during the month of April. Tickets for the event have previously cost between $60 to $85 per ticket depending on the date, but we will have to wait and see once the full information has been revealed.
