Universal Orlando Resort is now selling Universal Express for Epic Universe, as well as VIP Tours and tickets for the new Darkmoor Monster Makeup Experience.
UPDATE – March 27, 2025, 1:34 p.m. ET: Following this morning’s release of Universal Express Pass and other add-ons for Epic Universe, sales were temporarily paused due to high demand. At this time, sales have resumed, but availability for some offerings has changed.
Universal Express for Epic Universe
Only one-park and three-park Universal Express passes are available that include Epic Universe. The two-park option only includes Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure.

- Curse of the Werewolf
- Fyre Drill
- Hiccup’s Wing Gliders
- Le Cirque Arcanus
- Mario Kart: Bowser’s Challenge
- Monsters Unchained: The Frankenstein Experiment
- Stardust Racers
- The Untrainable Dragon
- Yoshi’s Adventure
Not included with Universal Express are Dragon Racer’s Rally, Mine-Cart Madness, Harry Potter and the Battle at the Ministry.
1 Day Express Pass for Universal Epic Universe
Add a Universal Express Pass to skip the regular lines at participating rides and attractions once per ride. This option is available for all ages, starting from $129.99 per day. Separate theme park admission is required.

2 Day Express Pass
Add a Universal Express Pass to skip the regular lines at participating rides and attractions once per ride. This option is available for all ages and starts at $100 per day. Separate theme park admission is required.

VIP Tours for Epic Universe
Universal VIP Experience tours for Epic Universe start at $389.99 per person and include a four-hour guided walking tour with a dedicated VIP Tour Guide and the ability to skip waiting in regular lines for attractions.
At the time of writing, VIP tours are not available on opening day, May 22, but are available for May 23, 2025. June and September are entirely unavailable, and May 24 has sold out, but the calendar has full availability outside of those dates.
Darkmoor Monster Makeup Experience
Tickets have also gone up for the Darkmoor Monster Makeup Experience, a transformation where skilled artists turn guests ages 5 and up into monsters. The experience is located inside Pretorius’ Scientific Oddities.
Two options are available: The Experiment Ticket and the Transformation Ticket.
Darkmoor Monster Makeup Experience: Experiment Ticket
At Darkmoor Monster Makeup Experience, skilled artists use their talents to bring customers aged 5 and up into the experiment, by transforming them into Dracula, Frankenstein’s Monster, the Bride of Frankenstein, and more. This option starts at $45 per day.
Each time slot can accommodate up to 2 appointments, and the experience will take approximately 20 minutes. The Experiment This ticket is for full-face makeup only. Separate theme park admission is required. Any guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a guest aged 18 or older, who may be asked to assist with minor children.
Darkmoor Monster Makeup Experience: Transformation Ticket
At Darkmoor Monster Makeup Experience, skilled artists bring customers aged 5 and up into the experiment, by transforming them into werewolves, vampires, and more. Matching accessories complete the monstrous transformation. This ticket starts at $169 per day.
Each time slot can accommodate up to 2 appointments and is intended for children ages 5-9. This ticket includes face makeup and matching accessories. Separate theme park admission is required.
My Universal Photos Package for Epic Universe
The My Universal Photos Package is also available for purchase ahead of the opening of Epic Universe. Starting from $89.99 per card, the 1-Day package includes one (1) day of photos at Universal Epic Universe, unlimited digital downloads of the photos, a My Universal Photos-themed lanyard and card, discounts on My Universal Photos photo products online, and more. A 3-Day package is also available for $129.99 per card.
