Per a report from Deadline, Jonathan Majors would be open to returning to the Marvel Cinematic Universe if Marvel asked him to reprise his role.
Jonathan Majors Open to Returning to Marvel
Majors made his MCU debut as a Kang variant called He Who Remains in the season one finale of “Loki,” and later reprised that role and appeared as another variant, Victor Timely, in “Loki” season two. He also portrayed Kang the Conqueror in the 2023 film, “Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania.”
Kang was intended to become the next major villain in the MCU’s ongoing Multiverse Saga, with “Avengers: The Kang Dynasty”; plans have since switched gears with a new focus on introducing Dr. Doom, who will be played by Robert Downey Jr. in the now-renamed “Avengers: Doomsday.”
Majors is currently promoting his most recent film, “Magazine Dreams,” but says he would reprise his MCU role if Marvel asked him to.
He told USA Today,
Yeah, of course I say yes. Disney, Marvel Studios, I love them. Tom Hiddleston, loved working with that guy. Loved working with Paul Rudd. Loved working with Gugu Mbatha-Raw. I love the industry so much, and now I’m in the place where I can feel the love from them and actually express my love for them.
Majors was convicted of two misdemeanor counts of reckless assault and harassment after being arrested in 2023, and was subsequently released by Marvel. He was then sentenced to probation.

Majors was asked in an interview with Entertainment Weekly if he would return to Marvel and also if he would reprise his role in “Creed III.” The actor responded by saying,
Yes. Yes to both. The version of me that would come back to those places, though, would be different. I don’t think anything different would happen between ‘action’ and ‘cut.’ That’s why I got the job. But there would be something different about it if I were to come back, and I would like that. But as I said, it’s not in my control.
Majors has previously expressed his “heartbreak” over his firing in the press, saying that “It’s a heartbreak like I’ve never experienced and it just compounded and compounded.”
