La Forêt Secrète par Jean Imbert
Chef Imbert is a Michelin-starred chef and a life-long Disney fan.
“I have a very special connection with Disneyland Paris,” he told Disney Parks Blog, “because all the magic of the films that I dream about comes to life here. This restaurant is strongly influenced by my childhood memories, particularly when I would come to the park, as well as my favorite films. I am thrilled to contribute to showcasing [sic] French gastronomy in Europe’s number one tourist destination.”
La Forêt Secrète par Jean Imbert offers five-course and three-course menus. For the first time in his career, Imbert has also created a special menu for children.

The experience begins with a “The Little Mermaid”-inspired Under the Sea seafood starter or “Beauty and the Beast”-inspired Mrs. Pott’s Brew with root vegetable ravioli and a vegetable and truffle broth.

The meal continues with Prince Ali’s tagine inspired by “Aladdin,” which features a poularde ballotin stuffed with dates and dried fruits served with vegetables. Inspired by the “Pirates of the Caribbean” films, the Caribbean casserole combines Mediterranean bluefin tuna, a tangy passion fruit vinaigrette with a Colombo spice and tamarind sauce. And of course, there’s Remy’s Ratatouille.
The kids’ menu features Fairy Godmother’s Soup with red kuri squash gnocchi and chestnut, and The Lantern Festival fish and chips with tartar sauce inspired by “Tangled.”
Imbert collaborated with pastry chef Axel Michenau to create a variety of dessert options. These include the Lost art shortbread, named for “Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark.” It’s made with candied lemon and almond crumble, enhanced by ice cream, vanilla mousse, and flowing caramel. Mickey’s Soufflé features Peruvian chocolate, a hazelnut praline insert, and hazelnut ice cream.
Children’s desserts include Chip ‘n’ Dale’s hazelnut ice cream with hot chocolate emulsion and Little Jean’s fruit salad with a crispy tuile and vanilla sauce.
The restaurant is designed to transport guests into an enchanted forest. The chandelier is adorned with foliage. Birds are incorporated into the décor. A hand-painted mural depicts a green forest.
The dining-ware also reflects the theming. Botanical dishes designed by Bernardaud House are paired with silverware from Christofle.
La Forêt Secrète is currently only open for dinner service from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., Wednesday to Sunday. It may be closed on certain dates for private events. Book reservations online.
