A new PEZ dispenser featuring the Hatbox Ghost is now available at Walt Disney World. We first discovered the item at the Emporium in Magic Kingdom.
Hatbox Ghost PEZ Dispenser – $4.49
The top of the PEZ dispenser features the Hatbox Ghost from the Haunted Mansion. The item comes with three packages of flavored PEZ candies including grape, raspberry, and cherry.
The PEZ dispenser glows in the dark and the base displays the Disney parks logo in white text.
The Hatbox Ghost’s features are fully detailed from his large grin to the top hat that sits atop his head.
The Hatbox Ghost was originally part of Disneyland’s Haunted Mansion and was a ghost within the attraction on opening day. The technology was not quite advanced enough for his vanishing and appearing head, so he only lasted a few weeks on the ride. He was brought back to the Haunted Mansion in Disneyland nearly 50 years later in 2015.
The Hatbox Ghost arrived at the Haunted Mansion in Walt Disney World in November 2023. He can be found grinning at guests when passing by the Endless Hallway Scene of the attraction.
