Disney Parks Blog has shared a first look at a new Pixar merchandise collection featuring items inspired by “Toy Story” and “Cars,” as well as new candy inspired by several Pixar films.
‘Toy Story’ Apparel and Accessories
The Toy Story Buzz Lightyear Hoodie features graphics of Buzz’s Space Ranger uniform, printed on a soft-material sports zip-up hoodie. The Space Ranger symbol is printed on the left arm, with the laser “sticker” print on the right arm.
The Toy Story Buzz Lightyear ear headband features Buzz’s glider wings, his white jetpack on the back, and a 3D version of his chest plate as the “bow.”
Both of these items are coming soon to Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland resort. The Buzz Lightyear ear headband will also be coming soon to the Disney Store online.
Two new Spirit Jerseys inspired by Woody and Jessie will also soon be available. Made from 100% cotton, these jerseys feature signature outfit elements from both characters, including their pull-strings and character names on the back.
Also revealed was the Toy Story Woody ear headband, inspired by everyone’s favorite sheriff. The ears are adorned with cow spots, and a star-shaped Sheriff badge is attached to the left ear. Woody’s brown cowboy hat serves as the “bow.”
All of these Woody and Jessie-themed items are coming soon to Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland Resort, and the Disney Store online.
The Toy Story Fleece Zip Hoodie is light blue and features an all-over pattern of clouds, just like those on Andy’s bedroom wallpaper. Rex and Bo Peep’s sheep peek out from the front pockets, with a Little Green Man on the front and the “Toy Story” logo embroidered over the front chest. On the back is a large graphic featuring all of Andy’s toys.
A new Toy Story Tank Top and the Toy Story Slinky Dog T-shirt, both shown above, will also become available soon. The light pink tank top features several “Toy Story” characters and “You’ve got a friend in me” embroidered on the front. The Slinky Dog T-shirt is heather gray, and Slink wraps around from the front to the back.
The Alien ear headband will add some extra “oooOOOoooh” to your outfit, featuring two Little Green Men heads attached to the top of the headband.
Finally, two new ornaments round up the collection: the Toy Story Ornament, a glittering reference to the Luxo ball; and the Toy Story Aliens Popcorn bucket Ornament. The latter is a recreation of the popular popcorn bucket sold in the Disney Parks, and the “popcorn” inside lights up!
All of these items are coming soon to Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resort. The Alien Popcorn Bucket Ornament is now available from the Disney Store, and the Alien ear headband will be coming in the “near future.”
Cars Merchandise That’s Ready to Roll
New “Cars” merchandise is also on the way, including the Cars Long Sleeve Crew T-shirt featuring red and black tie dye, “Ka-Chow!” lightning bolt elements, and a nod to the Piston Cup.
The Cars Fleece Zip Jacket features a combination of red, yellow, and white, with a half-zip design. Lightning McQueen is featured on the back with the wordmark for the Florida 500 Piston Cup race.
The “Cars” women’s T-shirt features a red ringer on the sleeves and neckline, with a screen-printed design of Lightning McQueen on the front.
All of these “Cars” products are available now on DisneyStore.com and are coming soon to Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort.
Pixar Treats Coming Soon
In addition to the apparel and other merchandise, new Pixar-themed treats are also coming to the Disney Parks.
The Disney and Pixar’s Up Milk Chocolate Coins will feature a variety of Wilderness Explorer patches that Russell earned, including the Fire Badge, Sail Badge, and Rope Badge.
Two new milk chocolate bars, the Cars Milk Chocolate with Crisped Rice bar and the Up Coconut Passion Fruit Milk Chocolate bar. There is a dedicated space on the back to address the giver and the receiver if you give them as gifts.
The Toy Story Pizza Gummies are pizza-shaped gummies that come in pizza box-shaped packaging. Also new are the Toy Story Little Green Gummies, sour apple-flavored treats that come packaged in a red rocket.
Also newly revealed are the Mixed Emotions Assorted Sour Balls, which feature a variety of flavors, and the Paradise Falls Assorted Tropical Fruit Gummies.
The Monsters, Inc. Monster cookies come in a container based on the Scream Canisters used in the original film. The Up Carl & Ellie Cookies arrive packaged in a container that resembles the mailbox from the movie, down to the couple’s handprints. The cookies are sheep-shaped, just like the clouds the two watch cross through the sky in the film.
If you’re ever undecided about what flavor of cotton candy to pick, choose all of them with the Inside Out 5 Pack Emotions Cotton Candy. Featuring the five core emotions from the films, each tub contains a different flavor: Disgust Pickle, Joy Lemon, Sadness Blue Raspberry, Anger Cinnamon, and Fear Grape.
The Up Grape Soda Sour Grape Mints come packaged in a Grape Soda bottle cap container, while the Up Balloon Pops come in a bouquet of key lime, pineapple, mango, blueberry, and cherry-flavored lollipops. Also announced but not pictured are the Monsters, Inc. Assorted Fruit Flavored Candy Flowers.
All consumables will be coming to Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort in the near future.
