PHOTO REPORT: Disney’s Hollywood Studios 3/22/2025 (Dok-Ondar Goes On Vacation Again)

Hello, this is the one and only Nana writing a weekly report on Walt Disney World. How’s your spring break going? Mine? I don’t have spring break (yet.) Anyway let the chaos begin, shall we?

Morning from Disney’s Hollywood Studios

The traffic getting into the parking lot was not bad at all this morning, nor was the traffic getting into the park. What a great way to start, right?

A recent photo report from Disney's Hollywood Studios showcases a sign with park closing time at 9:00 p.m. and Fantasmic! dazzling visitors at 8:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m., all framed by the iconic green recycling and trash bins in the foreground.

At 5 &10, they rearranged the whole store. Used to be ears to ornaments to snacks…

Now, it’s ornaments to snacks to ears. Who cares? We care, that’s why we are WDWNT.

Down Sunset Blvd at Tower Gifts, nothing much has changed. The third company merchandise is still here.

Large red electric guitar structure outside a building, with people walking nearby at Disney's Hollywood Studios. Palm trees sway under the clear blue sky, creating a picturesque scene.

There are 104 days of summer vacation and school comes along just to end it~🎵

Oh wait, they are turning it into a Muppets Coaster… Phineas and Ferb, what should we do?!

On the Cars side, they moved DJ and Cruz on Wednesday… I mean, they are supposedly opening this summer… so I am assuming we will get more visual updates as we get closer to the premier of Unhappily Ever After.

A retro traffic signal with a "Sunset Blvd" sign and "STOP" arm stands proudly against a clear blue sky at Disney's Hollywood Studios, surrounded by palm trees and buildings.

The only thing I found on Sunset Blvd is this. The traffic light by Once Upon a Time is fixed.

Jumping over to Star Tours, did you hear about Imagineers filing a permit?

MY AT-AT better stay there. He can’t go anywhere. In case if they are planning to move my AT-AT or dump him, I will ask Tom and Jason to buy him so we can store him in the museum. (He won’t fit, but we will find a spot for him.)

A street view captures people strolling past two contrasting buildings—one in light yellow with ornate details reminiscent of Disney's Hollywood Studios and the other modern in gray and white—under a clear blue sky.

At the apartments on Grand Ave, the windows are still wide open.

People stand outside a brick building with a clock tower and a sign reading "Muppet Vision 3D" under a clear blue sky, capturing the magic at Disney's Hollywood Studios.

T-77 days. MUPPETS, YOU ARE NEXT.

Walked onto another planet to confirm that Rise of the Resistance still offering single riders from 9:30 am every day but the cannons are STILL NOT WORKING on Batuu East.

A robot figure stands inside a fenced area, holding a tool. The background resembles something you'd see at Disney's Hollywood Studios, with a shelf of jars and a large red and white banner adorning the rugged wall.

So, somebody touched my workaholic droid husband (a.k.a. 8D-J8) sometime last week and now I can’t see his face!!!!!

This themed shop interior, reminiscent of Disney's Hollywood Studios, showcases medieval and fantasy decor with wall-mounted weapons, hanging lanterns, and a central service desk. Visitors are seen interacting, creating a lively atmosphere perfect for any photo report.

Also, Dok-Ondar went back on vacation AGAIN.

He was on vacation for like three months. He came back last week but he left again. I hope he’s enjoying his vacation while 8D-J8 is spinning the roaster for (probably unpaid) overtime.

Visitors gather around a life-sized Millennium Falcon replica at Disney's Hollywood Studios, with rocky spires and a vibrant blue sky creating the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable photo report.

What a gorgeous day right? I think this will be the last nice day of Florida spring…

Visitors at Disney's Hollywood Studios stroll past colorful attractions and a Buzz Lightyear statue under a clear blue sky, creating a perfect scene for any photo report.

Even at Toy Story Land, I didn’t feel the heat! You know everybody says “Toy Story Land is hotter than other lands.” It is true… fewer shades and trees. In the summer, lots of guests pass out there.

The outdoor seating area, reminiscent of Disney's Hollywood Studios, features tables under green umbrellas. Oversized dominoes and blocks add a whimsical touch, while suspended colorful lights and trees create a shaded oasis where people relax and enjoy the vibrant scene.

Hopefully, this will get fixed when additional Woody’s Lunch Box seating area opens… I wrote about this last year when we brought back the photo report… Until then Disney wasn’t touching that area at all. Now they are actively working on them! Yay! Thank you, Disney.

Under a clear blue sky, three people walk past a plain gray building facade at Disney's Hollywood Studios. The blank sign above showcases intricate plant sculptures, making it picture-perfect for any photo report.

At the former Voyage of the Little Mermaid, they took off the two bars used for hanging the billboard, and repainted.

On a clear day, people gather outside a blue building adorned with posters of Mickey Mouse and Disney characters, reminiscent of the enchanting atmosphere at Disney's Hollywood Studios. Among the trees, a stroller hints at family adventures waiting to unfold.

BLUEYYYY WHERE ARE YOUUUUUUUUU?

I have no clue when (or if) Bingo and Bluey are moving in here… but I am patiently waiting.

Back to the front. I hadn’t seen these bushes this morning when I walked by Brown Derby.

A bustling street at Disney's Hollywood Studios features tall palm trees, an iconic globe-topped column, and numerous people walking under a clear blue sky, capturing the magic in a perfect photo report.

This was the quickest and shortest day in a while. I know Nana’s death note Princess Diary is usually 1,000+ words, but not today.

Thank you for reading and I hope you guys will have a magical weekend.

See you real soon!
