The message was last updated at 9:39 a.m., and as of 10:42 a.m., the queue is still paused.
Due to high demand, we are experiencing a delay and are working to have tickets available for purchase as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.
When viewing the page, the queue loading bar does not move, and the webpage says that the line is paused.
Due to the popularity of this offering, we are currently experiencing a high volume of requests. Hold tight! This page will update when we are able to start your order. Please note that capacity is limited and not guaranteed.
Guests interested in purchasing tickets to Epic Universe, or add-ons for tickets they already have, are encouraged not to close the window or refresh the webpage to avoid losing their place in line once ticket sales resume.
