‘Star Wars’ Plush Added to Create Your Own Headband at Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Following their debut at Disneyland Park for the 2025 Season of the Force celebrations, several “Star Wars” plush have been added to the create your own headband experience at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

Create Your Own Headband “Star Wars” Plush

The new plush were added to the shelf displaying all of the other custom headband components at Beverly Sunset Boutique at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

R2-D2 Headband Plush – $11.99

A hand holds a small plush toy resembling a round, blue and white robot, reminiscent of Star Wars droids. It is in front of a store display teeming with other plush toys and character designs, evoking the whimsical charm of Disney's Hollywood Studios.

The first “Star Wars” plush is shaped like the rounded dome of R2-D2’s head. The plush is grey with the droid’s blue panels and multicolored buttons. The Velcro strap on the bottom is also grey.

Yoda Headband Plush – $11.99

A hand cradles a small green plush toy reminiscent of a beloved Star Wars character with large ears and white tufts. In the background, shelves overflow with similar delights, reminiscent of treasures you'd discover at Disney's Hollywood Studios.

The next new plush is shaped like Yoda’s head. Yoda is his classic green color with tufts of grey hair above his pointed ears.

Ewok Headband Plush – $11.99

A hand cradles a small plush toy with large eyes, animal-like ears, and a brown hooded outfit in a store aisle, reminiscent of the whimsical finds at Disney's Hollywood Studios. Similar toys are displayed in the background, creating an enchanting Star Wars ambiance.

Following Yoda, another new plush is shaped like the head of a smiling Ewok. The Ewok has a tan face with a brown mouth and rounded ears. His head is wrapped in a matching brown headscarf that hangs over the front of the headband when attached.

Darth Vader Headband Plush – $11.99

No “Star Wars” plush collection would be complete without Darth Vader. Unlike many of the other plush, Darth Vader is made of a smooth pleather material that give it a harder, somewhat shiny finish.

Stormtrooper Headband Plush – $11.99

In Disney's Hollywood Studios, a person holds a Star Wars Stormtrooper headband plush, surrounded by an array of other delightful plush items in the background.

The last new plush is shaped like the head of a classic “Star Wars” stormtrooper. The plush is white with a black mouth, eyes, and vents. The Velcro strap on the bottom is plain white.

As with the previous create your own headband items, each plush can be purchased separately without buying a new headband. The plush will attach to a headband using a Velcro strip, so they can be attached anywhere on the headband and combined with other characters as desired. Some other recently-added character plush include Figment, Baymax, and Mochi.
