Summer House on the Lake at Disney Springs is now serving select menu items from The Cookie Bar as a grab-n-go option for breakfast.
Summer House on the Lake Grab-N-Go

Summer House on the Lake normally serves brunch on Saturday and Sunday inside the restaurant, but The Cookie Bar is now offering a weekend grab-n-go breakfast option as well.

The grab-n-go menu items are premade before the restaurant opens and can be purchased starting at 9 a.m. Since the items are already packaged, the breakfast items are only available until they sell out each day. An advertisement for the new breakfast offerings has been added to the sign for The Cookie Bar.

A folding sign lists all of the available grab-n-go breakfast options. The menu includes:
- Summer House Cinnamon Roll: Vanilla glaze, served warm – $5.95
- Breakfast Taco: Scrambled egg, cheddar, flour tortilla – $4.95
- Add bacon for $1
- Bacon, Egg N’ Cheese: Fresno pepper sauce, on a soft bun – $7.95
- Fresh Fruit: Cantaloupe & honeydew, watermelon or pineapple – $5.95
- Yogurt & Granola Parfait: Berries, Greek yogurt – $7.95

To order the grab-n-go breakfast items, guests can visit The Cookie Bar on the side of the restaurant. The same bar is also used to pick up all of the items once the order is ready. Since all of the items are already made and wrapped, the order usually does not take very long.

All of the warm items are stored together inside a glass display case to the left of the usual cookie display.

Teal stickers with a palm tree design are used to label each of the warm items by section, so guests can see how many of a specific item are still available. One one item sells out, it is unavailable until the following morning.
Summer House on the Lake also began allowing online orders for most items sold at The Cookie Bar starting in February 2025. Preorders can be mode on the official Summer House on the Lake website. The breakfast items are not listed as a part of the online ordering menu yet.
