UPDATE: ‘it’s a small world’ Clock Tower Facade Repaired at Magic Kingdom

Just a few short days after we initially reported the damage, the “it’s a small world” clock tower facade has been repaired at Magic Kingdom.

‘it’s a small world’ Clock Tower Facade Fixed

The vibrant Clock Tower facade with its geometric shapes and numbers stands proudly at the Magic Kingdom's "it's a small world" ride. On the right, visitors are seated in boats, ready to embark on their whimsical journey.

When entering the attraction’s queue, guests can see the colorful clock tower as boats pass by. The facade of the clock tower shows glittery numbers 0 through 9, sitting below and to the right of the smiling clock face above.

Last week, we reported that the number “3” on the clock tower was partially broken off and had reportedly been that way for months.

Metallic numbers 4, 8, and 63 are displayed on a textured turquoise wall with geometric patterns and contrasting colors, reminiscent of the enchanting facades in Magic Kingdom's It's a Small World area.

We can now happily report that the “3” has been repaired, with the broken top portion of the number reattached and the scuffed paint covered.

You can somewhat see the repair line on the “3,” highlighted with just a touch of white. Maintenance Cast Members may have found and reattached the original broken piece rather than fashioned a new one.

A colorful blue and teal wall with geometric and floral patterns mimics the whimsical Clock Tower Facade of Magic Kingdom's "it's a small world," displaying large numbers: 2, 519, 74, 63. A railing runs along the bottom.

“it’s a small world” received a colorful paint job in 2021, transforming the clock tower from bright white and gold to a more colorful palette. Last month, the female ice skating doll returned after being missing for many years.
